Refunds policy

All ticket sales for Yalda Short Film Festival events are final.

Because our ticket prices are intentionally kept low to make screenings accessible for everyone, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including: – change of mind – scheduling conflicts – illness – inability to attend

If an event is cancelled by the festival, all ticket holders will be contacted and provided with either: – a replacement ticket to a future screening, or – a full refund

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this Refund Policy.
